| Are you looking for experience with children? Check out Bright Beginnings Preschool! Assistant Teacher: Assistant Teachers aid the Lead Teachers in the daily components of the program. They are willing and capable of following directions for carrying out delegated responsibilities. Assistant Teachers provide a nurturing and caring environment for the children and effectively communicate with all other staff members. Assistant Teachers are participants in planning, implementing and following up on all parts of curriculum as delegated by Lead Teachers and Administrators. Assistant Teachers facilitate the routine of the day by assisting the children in curriculum activities, as well as during hand washing, bathroom needs, and general organization and cleaning of the classroom. Assistant Teachers attend mandatory staff meetings and special events. Assistant Teachers fill out daily SOLs and monthly evaluations. We Do! |
